Is there a working official patch? Mine doesnt work!

BY searching on the net i found a patch that is claimed to be an official one on:

I read the issues that it fixes (there are lot more issues though) and i downloaded it but it wont install. Its name is nbalive_egi.zip (5MB) and when i try ti install it BOOM...

"OLD file not found. However a file of same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match."

Is there anyone with simillar problem??? Plaease Reply!
