Is there a way to import roster?

I already started my dynasty mode, and I don't really want to start it over because of the Allen Iverson trade.

I'm wondering, is there a way I can make a couple of trades and somehow import that roster into my dynasty mode without starting over.?

Because I can't load a roster when I try to load one in Dynasty mode.

Any ideas?

You can use DB editing to make the trade, but Im afraid that I dont know how, just ask how to do that.
