PRI_OFF: (530) Secondary Break 4

yep, very good aiact, but still, i played against denver and miller + smith took a little too much shots for my taste, but the scoring overall was great, miller with 15/3 , smith with 19/2 and melo with 22/10/2. overall too much dunks.
and also the running looks awkward. the players are still leaning to the side when running. i try it to translate it with google

Bro.. Try fixing the leaning turbo run.. And it works fine.. I love the patch.. And to all the guys whos been complaining about the sometimes DUNK BUTTON doesnt work.. I think i now understand why they made it like that.. I think its coz some guys keep complaining that the game is a DUNKFEST..

How do I make a superstar dunk into a regular dunk and keep it a superstar dunk also? Do I have to add a new line in the file and just change POWER;SUPERSTAR to NONE;- and ------------------x---- to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx------? And is there a limit of how many dunks can be assigned to each dunk package?

Great 8.2 Release.. Love IT!! Once again!! Improve the turbo animation.. And can you try makin the crossover animations and spin moves into different ones.. Im tired of EA's same crossover moves.. Thanks..

nice patch you got here, just a little bug on the animation when a player fakes his shot, the animation is like he's getting a rebound... little glitch.. i hope in the nxt release, it'll be fixed. thanks for the patch.

edit! OMG i've just tried it, yeah l luv the moves yao pulls out in the paint! but also found out the fake shot bug where it looks like the player jumps up to grab a reb! but good work!! lol
by the end of the yr, nothing will be original in my nba live 07 LOL

Hey Revolution, got a question. I was playing around with the dunkpack editing and so forth, and I got stuck. How do you assign superstar moves(shots not dunks). I want to put a jump shot in the high flyer package.

I stopped playing NBA Live 07 for the past month, then stumbled upon this aiact. Considering how screwed up the game was, I have to give Revolution a lot of praise. To pin-point each and every flaw of his aiact is a little critical. I have no clue how to modify the aiact file, but I'm sure it takes a lot of work.
Rather than dwelling on what can be fixed, I'll make a post to backup my reason for recommending this over EA's original aiact.
1 - The PG domination is fixed. In my first game playing against the Mavericks. Terry and Dirk were the leading scorers. Dirk filled the points and rebounds category while Terry mainly filly the points with a few rebounds and assists. Very realistic.
2 - 90% of the time I dumped the ball into the post, there would be a foul because each time I tried to score with dunk or block, I would be forced towards the basket and into the player. Now because of the new free throw system, I never do it manually. Because of this, my big men were always ineffective
Now the aiact has a hookshot when pressing the layup button. Wonderful. And the best thing is that it isn't like a freestyle move where it always goes in. It's a high percentage shot like in real life.
3 - REBOUNDS! Probably the most notable change in this aiact. I found that rebounds were easier to grab when I was controlling the player. Good positioning now matters when you're going for boards. You won't be seeing all these crazy offensive rebounds by the computer.
4 - There is a lot more movement now. In the original aiact, the computer would stick to my team like glue. Assists were minimal and you'd often have to rely on freestyle to take your man one on one. Ball movement is much better now due to the defense playing off a bit.
5 - First step is now more effective, and when you blow past your man you're more likely to make a dunk/layup then you are to get blocked, which was the case 80% of the time.
All in all, great aiact. After a few more games I may be tempted to actually start a dynasty.

This is the best aiact that i've seen in this threads....U can use with any rosters, and the game starts to make some sense...The fun is now back at NBA Live....Thanks Revolution...

There's definitely some interesting changes in this aiact, but I noticed a couple of issues (at least for me):
- no matter the value in the sliders, players keep missing easy, open layups (and the dunk button usually makes more layups than dunks)...They also tend to miss more open shots than with other "fixes" or with default gameplay.
- I'm not finding the freestyle dribble very intuitive, the default moves are changed (which is good) but t doesn't feel like there's any control of the player sometimes (especially when pressing down the stick, like for drop steps, while in movement).
- I like the little hook animation close to the basket, but it seems te be triggered whether you wanna make a layup (with small or big men) or even just fake the shot, so it's a little bit too much...
- The new sprint animation looks good when trying to get around a defender, but it looks a bit strange when running straight to the basket for example (players are not so much bent forward while running in real life I think).
Other than that, PG domination problem is pretty much addressed, ball distribution is good and rebounds look and feel much better (and fewer offensive rbds

).
Hopefully, it's still a work in process because it's certainly promising
