head and shoe appearances

Hi, first, thank you for everyone who has taken the time to read this post.

I installed NBA Live 07 not too long ago, and everything seems pretty good (other than the bugs which were fixed by the EA patch). After about a week or so, I had to uninstall the game because I had to temporarily make room for something else. After I re-installed the game, I noticed a small problem. 70% of the players had shoes that was the wrong texture. As in, the shoes had black and white stripes on them, or red and white sometimes. And what's even more disturbing was that some of the shoes had a player's face on it. I tried to re-install the game again, but it did not solve the problem. But it wasn't really getting in the way too much, so I just ignored it.

Recently, I downloaded a new roster patch from this site. The update is quite accurate, but all the newly created players had teh same texture problem on their head. Their head would look like hte side of a zebra, with black and white stripes alternating every side. Some of hte players had a basketball for a head, while others had the same color as their jersey.

I have no idea what's going on, and I'm hoping someone can help me.

My PC Specs are:
Pentium 4 2.8gig
1 gig of RAM
Radeon 9800 pro 256mb RAM video card/

This is just a reply to my own thread.

I read Walleris' "Big Shoe Problem" thread, and my issues is EXACTLY like the one he mentioned, except I also have the player's head problem. I downloaded the shoe patch like a guys said in that thread, but the problem still persists.

I think you may have downloaded one of Jimmy's roster. Look in the NBA Live 07 Announcements section for his thread regarding the roster patch. He has released a pack of cyberfaces that go with the roster so if you download that, it should fix the problem with the missing face textures. I am not sure what shoe patch he is using, but that is most likely the reason the shoes have missing textures. If you look through his thread you may find the answer.
