a little bit better ...but the face is too roundish....and the hair should be darken...good try though...

The greates problem in patching Steve Blake is finding the right headshape. I've tried nearly all the white guys but no success

well, I didn't change the headshape (I'll try other I promise...)
but I added a Practice gear, and darken his hair a bit.

Did u try Doleac's headshape like Rune suggested? That Sura fits pretty well but see if u can find the most close to perfect one...how about Jiri Welsch,Mike Dunleavy..heck John Stockton might even work...
