Lexterzki41, whizboy is right... rodman isn't included on ea's default rosters so you have to create him 1st, if you have no clue on how to do it then i suggest you read tutorials for 06 or 05 on how to put missing players in the game... another alternative if you still couldn't figure out how to do it is to wait for andrew's roster, wherein i granted permission for my rodman to appear in... :wink:

all right, the last of the missing legends addon trilogy for 07 is finally released... you can get it at the 3rd page of this thread (again, i placed it there so that the loading of the preview pics won't take too long)

and here are the m.l.a. 1-3 pack 2x accessories accessories compilation for those using Pdub's recently released 2x textures, if you are not using Pdub's 2x textures then there is no need to download this because it wouldn't work without it... :wink:

left side: accessories with ea's normal half resolution right side: 2x quality

as i've said on my very 1st post in 07 that i'm busier than i was back in 06 so i could do only 3 major packs... i guaran-damn-teed that they will all be released and i stayed true to what i said even though it took longer for me to finish them... :oops:

thanks for the patience and the feedbacks that i recieved from both the community members and my fellow patchers... now i can finally focus more on personal stuff, and nba live-wise... i can spend my free time playing with it now rather than patching it... lol... but, if ever i see something that needs to be updated or find a fix regarding the game i will not hesitate to still share it with you guys... hope i made nba live 07 somewhat enjoyable for those who like retro mods/players, notorious b.a.y.a.g. will still continue to make them via his awesome classic teams mod so stay tuned for it, glen10982 out... :wink:

In which file do I have to change PLAYERPGK?Because when I'm changing in players.dbf and when I try to load rosters game crashes.

BTW, just a question: does anybody know about the SPEECHIDs for 07? e.g. Mike Jordan's speechID for the previous NBA LIVE games wz if i remember right...# 467 ? I don't think if it's the same number EA used for this version. I'm more comfortable playing the game when the announcer(Marv/arena announcer) says the players' names completely.

Just a lil bit something on some of the player's eyes (larry johnson:parang me muta(specks)!; richmond: mukhang patay na binuhay coz his eyes look like stickers pasted on his face and some others i can't recall, including Shaq) but i've fixed it myself for my own satisfaction. I'm going to download the USA patch and i hope not to find same "glitches". PEAce, everyone! im out...

you have the correct destination, but if it crashes when you load then you might have corrupted a field in the dbf files... a golden rule in dbf editing is too always back up your work, so if you screwed up you won't end up with empty hands... :wink:

sadly bro, the speech id's for most legends back in 06 doesn't work anymore in 07, jordan and a couple of others are still being recognized by marv albert though... just browse/consult the 07 speech id's thread... haha i never really edit ea's default eyes on the lower left of the bhed that is why it may seem out of place, good thing you tweaked it for your liking... :wink:

all right guys, my last major pack pack for 07 was the m.l.a. 3... but as i said in my last post that if i find something worthy to update or fix i'll not hesitate to share it to you guys... i thought that kobe and kidd are the only ones really out of whack but i spotted two players that needs to be updated again... not just for the sake of updating, but because the mapping and detail of the following players are flawed...

here are the two new candidates... :wink:

kevin garnett:

- corrected positioning of the goatee that ea messed up
- as a bonus i overhauled the whole face with better blended skintone... :wink:

dirk nowitzki:

- default ea hair looks like a brownish mop, i updated it with his actual golden locks which is detailed down to the strands
- corrected positioning of the mouth which is slightly tilted more on the left side of his face
- updated the whole face as well... changing ea's pale sickly looking, crack addict version to a healthier supple skinned nowitzki... :wink:

now like the kobe and kidd i did before, releasing will be based on your feedbacks... :wink:

I never liked EA's headshape for Garnett, he looks a bit retarded because of that, but your face is good.

honestly, I feel like a n00b but that patch is honestly the best nowitzki i ve seen in a while primarily becuase the hair is so realisitc.

They are both really good cyberface patchers, but nowadays all these n00bs are thinking of patching as a competiition, it's just fun.

hope you understand guys, but i don't have the luxury of time so i'd rather update players who really needs them and not just for the sake of updating them, a criteria on who i would consider updating is when you see the default ea cyberface and say damn... that looks retarded, or that doesn't look/resemble him in any way, or if the mapping is flawed... :wink:

which segways me to another one i spotted that came out of the retarded woodworks...

sean may:

- corrected ea's disfigured looking sean may
- corrected ea's reddish skintone
- placed an alpha channel to his cyberface that ea missed

OleEnglish's pics you can him a decent CF.

P.S. You might wanna check the position of KG's goatee in OleEnglish's pics, you might have positioned his goatee too high.
