Injury Issues

Although I'm glad that EA Finally released a patch that works, they haven't addressed the biggest problem with 07 that can be fixed by a patch. When I started a dynasty I noticed that occasionally when a player is injured and then return from their injury they only take 3-5 shots although they are fully recovered. This in my opinion ruins the whole game, especially when it affects superstars(30 point scorers suddenly becoming 8 point scorers). Otherwise I don't think that 07 is that bad of a game i like the new concept of depth. I looked around the forums and noticed that noone else seems to have this problem. Is there anyone that can help me?. Can this problem be fixed by a patch?,
