I tried my best, if anyone out there want to try and improve the jersey quality, go ahead, if not here are the new jerseys i made:

Pretty nice stuff dude, couple tips:
-put the wordmarks above the texture
-get a better texture (c0nr4d's) and the sleeves .psd (from nlsc database)
-the jazz wordmark should be black with white outline
-the rectangles at the top of the wizards jersey should be upside down

I agree with cklitsie, very good work, but they're just a bit off. His advice is the same mine was going to be.

you need to change the colour of the Jazz alternate the blue is not that light and are you going to do the other teams that have new jerseys too?
