Any cheats regarding dunk contests or unlocking anyone other than the rappers are false. Every year there are a few fake cheats circulated.

If you want to cheat, download a trainer. It will give you some advantage ingame (which doesn't seem too fun to me) like a 50 point lead, etc.

i don't think they ever release cheats for the nba live games. but here's a list of rapper unlocks, type for created players whats in caps for their last name (i.e. DOLLABILLS for last name = B-Rich)
FLIPMODE =Busta Rhymes
MIXTAPES =DJ Clue
GHETTOFAB =Ghetto Fabulous
CALIFORNIA =Hot Karl
GOODBEATS =Just Blaze
i guess this is like cheats because all these rappers have maxed out ratings.
