About the ea update...

I have successfully installed the update file downloaded from EA website.
Also, in the "in game setting", there is a "Fatigue Effect On/Off option" too.
However, although I have turned on the Fathue Effect, I still cannot find any substitution done by the CPU. I have tried to change the substitution frequency to 100, but there is sill no improvement.

How can I solve the problem??
