XBox 360 Controller

i just bought the thing and i first installed the drivers from the disk ... then i downloaded XBCD 1.03 and i installed it ... i did everithyng but it doesn't detect the XBCD Controller , just XBox 360 controller ... CON ANYONE HELP ?!

i write all of this coz my L & R Triggers aren't working and it drives me MAD . I got the Setup Utility but when i start the utility it doesn't allow me to change , edit or add things on it !
