Dude the last thing you should do is criticize yourself. This is great, and I'd love to include it in my roster pack for the SUM, if you're willing. Send me the files, if so, and please continue adding tats. There are tons of people on these Forums (though silent) who are stickler's for visual accuracy, and these tatoos are certainly that. Keep up the great work, brotha.

I was just browsing thru pix of his arm tats right now (but maybe they're already in the game, like Dooling and Nelson, my other projects...).
Can't really find any good ones of his legs, but I'll give it a shot if I see any.
I also wanna find finish Watson cuz his arms are full of tats, but once again, I need pix!

I saw that Live already has West and Marshall's arms tats, so I'll just add West's neck tat and Marsh's leg tats (at least I'll try...). Also Bibby's hands tats.

If u use DB commander or even Excel, there should be a search function you can use to look for their names (look in players.dbf first since it has the names, then appearance.dbf). From what I can remember, I think Williams was 2036 or something like that for example.

Well, that's what I wanna do too, but I didn't see it mentioned in the tutorial though, so I have no idea how to do that... yeah, that'd be much simpler

I'm trying to get a new program so I can add Pdub's sweat files to each .fsh (if it's possible at least), cuz I don't have photoshop and I can't open .dds... I'm sure the tats would look better with the sweat alpha.

Wow, went through all of it and that's pretty complex stuff...
The main thing is I don't have photoshop so it'd be hard for me to follow this process accurately.

Okay, I wasn't satisfied with the released tats because I was losing Pdub's sweat patch in the process, and the arms were all shiny again...
I finally figured out how to re-add the sweat alpha to each bhed using fshline (kudos to whoever made it ), so I wanted to re-release the 4 players shown above.
Here are a couple more previews to show the changes:





Still not what I wanna achieve because I can't create a contrast/resolution as clear as EA's default tats, but I think this alpha looks much more realistic (thanks Pdub ). Here is the link for the new versions:

Now, I have a question for those who know a little bit about tattoos in Live: I really wanna add some missing tats to Donyell Marshall, Bibby and Boozer, but since these guys already have some tats files of their own in the plyrtats.viv, is it possible to still use the same method (add a customized armXYbase.fsh or legXYbase.fsh in sgsm folder, and change MUSCLETEXT in appearance.dbf) without having to redo the existing tats?
Any tips would be appreciated .

They look much better when I add them, but the game resizes everything to 256x256, so the tats lose a lot of details in the process. I tried in 512x512 and it produces some weird visual glitches...

I'd like to, but like I said above, he already has a tattoo file in plyrtat.viv, and it's a completely different method in that situation (when adding a tat to existing ones).
If anyone can give me some hints on how to do this, I'll be glad to try it out...
