Help!!! my live 07 dvd wont install the game....

i had it running fine but had some computer problems so i reinstalled my OS. when i trto install the game it keeps saying that i need to install the latest directx 9 driver. the thing is i already have it.....and im playing FEAR, BF2....

i did notice during installation the screen where it has the discloser was blank and just had that "do you agree, yes or no" option. i clicked yes and then installed my key and right after that is when i get that message.
is my dvd damaged? $40 bucks down the drain

I would recommend that you head over to

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en

After downloading, run the dxwebsetup.exe file, and it will download all the recent updates for version 9.0c and install them for you.
