Why no one adds Jorge Garbajosa?

I've downloaded so far at least 3 or 4 roster patches and no one of them contains Jorge Garbajosa who is a player of Toronto Raptors? Does someone know why? I've created him in my game at home, but it's not very objective to evaluate one of my favourite players

Well dude, you have to look out, one more time in announcements, because there is Jimmy's and Sam's roster updates, in which garbajosa is included.

can u resume me how to install it? need shoes patch? what is it?
and later i must update rosters? with last one is enough?
