Official Patch out?

I've installed the beta, have a legal DVD Rom copy of the game, and no crack at all -- I got the error. Tomorrow I'll try backing up my rosters and sgsm, fresh installing, and running the update, and see if that works.

Dude, no one is gonna help you, NOT saying you're not legit, but it doesn't sound good that your CD is broken.

its true that my cd was broken because my sister broke it and my mother would not let me buy anymore because we still dont have enough money ..pls help me i beg your mercy

Mr. Bighort.. Even you re install it a thousand times.. Still it will not work.. I already re installed it 3 times this day.. Still it didnt work.. Could you ask a Staff of EA to test the patch themselves??

yup. i've installed the beta patch also and have the legit dvd game disk however, the official patch doesn't seem to work. same as the other users here i get the same error message. can anybody please inform EA of this.

As I poster earlier I'm getting the same error message without installing the beta patch so I think it doesn't matter, it's just crap. Has anyone actually got it to work yet?

Just to test something I am gonna download the digital version a huge 10meg. will post soon if that works with the CD. Maybe EA 'swapped' the description.

dude. if you've read the other thread, somebody there already tried to install all 4 patches with no success so don't bother with the download.

Since there's a thread for the official patch over in General Issues, we don't really need a second one. I've sent an email to my contact regarding the error we're getting with the newly released update.
