Why isn't Jordan in any of the games?

he was in 2000-2003 and isnt anymore because he is no longer with the players union or something

it would cost too much for EA to have him in the game

The same applies for other former greats. NBA Live 07 is the first game to make significant additions to the Legends roster since NBA Live 2000, when Legends were first added to the series (not counting the codes for the SNES version of NBA Live 96), with players who had to be omitted from the Legends roster in recent years making a welcome return.

Anyway, this has been discussed at length and the question has been answered so I'll close this one.
