Better Video's For The Love of the Game

I believe, for those who've stayed loyal to the nba live series, should advertise the game as a good one, rather than a terrible one.
Instead of Posting video's which show the glitches,bugs and unrealistic fragments of the game, post video's which you think shows off close to real basketball in nba live.
I'll finally be getting the game tomorrow, after my final year 12 exam

We've loved it for years, and kept loving the past few years too even when the game began to show its "suck-ness"... I guess we've been too nice to them and they aren't nice back to us, so this is what they get. Complains

we would, but:

1. we have brains, and don't intend to advertise the worst videogame ever as being any good (not to say you don't have any, in case you get that connotation)
2. if we bitch about it enough, ea may feel the need to actually do something about it
3. it would be physically impossible to create such a video anyway
4. don't waste your money.

1. Oh I have a brain, if you had half of one you'd realize that Live 07 is a at least decent game. Yes we need patches for it to be "playable" (subs, PG domination aka "I don't know how to play defence") but if anything I would LOVE to advertise FOR this game.

2. If we bitch and moan about every little stupid problem in this game EA won't want to fix it, they'll drop it. Do you really think that the PC community would be able to save NBA Live 08 if EA said they will discontinue it for PCs?

4. What would be a better choice? 2k7? Shit... I own 2k7 for the 360 and Ill go on the record saying this again. I play NBA Live 07 a lot more than I play 2k7 for the 360. The ablilty to customize every aspect of the game appeals to me more than having signature jumpshots. Yes that game is amazing, yes I do love playing it. But it has shitty animations, glitches and bugs, and players that look nothing like their real life counterpart.


If this game isn't worth it, why are we doing SUM for it and not 06? or how bout 2005? Screwit why dont we go back to the old days and fix up 2004 or 2000 since its the Best NBA Live ever made?

the pass was done with a quarter rotation of the right analog, im not sure which way i did it

behind the back dribble happens when you beat a defender and roll the right analog from left, down, right. or right, down, left.

the self alley oop was done in slam dunk school.


I really dont get why so many people hate this game, all the "fun" in that video is what my gameplay is like when I play the game.

Why wouls anyone in their right mind want to promote a game that was half-assed? I don't care if I've been a live Fan Forever, this game bothers me!! You're gonna throw your money away buying this game

tru tru, to each his own.. i bought the game, really didn't mind the gameplay too much. for some reason, i had no PG domination.. but the no CPU subs shit me up the wall. but with help from jimmy and 'crew', i reckon the gameplay and graphics(lighting) are awwwesome. Even though its not EA doing their thing to improve graphics,gameplay and experience, i stay loyal to the game, until others aren't motivated to patch the game up to a top standard

The game's not that bad , I had 06 like most people and with the Dynasty additions it is an improvement, sure EA fucked up, but with the good people here and all the modding going on the game will get better. I haven't noticed the PG dominance issue and I'm more pissed that there is rookies in the game without speech than the whole sub issue (which is irritating, but I don't get to see NBA so don't really care about some guy from wherever who sits 12th on the bench) shit, the '96 bulls only used about 8 or 9 players mainly and everyone saw them all the time.
