NBA Live 07 Patch Petition Submitted (Update: List of fixes)

Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

Tha would be cool. But then again going by the latest products they have released we would be so disenfranchised with Live that they would have to completely rebuild it or cop a slagging from us in the community. Neither of which would be benficial to them.

Hi Andrew, just like to say thanks for pushing the envelope on this.

Just to say, I have a ps2, not I presume NBA Live 07 on this will stay as is? I.e. there's no way to rectify the problems as the patch relates to the PC version of the game?

You're welcome, though I feel I must pass on a lot of praise to cyanide who helped greatly through collecting signatures and compiling the bug list in the first place. (Y)

To answer your question, unfortunately it seems console users will be left out in the cold as far as these issues are concerned.

Thanks and thanks to Cyanide also.

NBA 2K7 comes out in the UK tomorrow and I'm seriously considering buying it this year. I feel like a traitor! I've played Live since 95, the old Rockets vs Magic cover (if my memory is working).

I do hope Live sort their mess out for next year! Wont be the same.

Wrong place to post this first up.

Second, the official patch hasn't been realised yet which has been covered in this thread and several others in the forum.

If you're looking for unofficial updates made by patchers here search through the announcement forums for answers.

where is EA's problem? they managed to add so many bugs to the game, so it should be no problem for them to fix them...

but i think the game is still playable (but i haven't tested dynasty mode yet), except of the substitution bug, the offensive rebounds, the PG domination and maybe the domination of highflyers, scorers and power players...
I think it is better than live 06... (or is this because nowitzki is on the german cover...?)

let's give them enough time to fix the bug they created. with all those bugs, I think they'll need lots of time fixing it. Too bad for EA they didn't get things right before releasing the game. I wonder what kind of game testers they hired? They must be Atari gamers or something...

I agree. This has the feeling of a big power shift from Live to 2K7.

Although, I don't think it will happen, too much marketing and too large a history with NBA Live for most gamers.

If this we're 2001 and if it were wrestling I'd be saying goodbye to either the WWF or WCW if such a mistake were to have happened.

This isn't a bug but i think players rotation option should be available in season mode.

As the patch has been released and we have a seperate thread for it, there's not much need for this one now. Closed.
