Uh, where did the I'll going away/I'm back thread go? Anyways, I'm back for the weekend and will hopefully be able to take the laptop with me when I return, so that we'll finally finish the whole 2k8 petition thing.

And if fucking love living without my parents and close to my college. I'm not saying I don't love my mom or dad, but a healthy dose of independence ('healthy dose of independence' - parents give you money for everything you need, but don't live in the same city). I suddenly became a lot more proactive and finally started to enjoy college life.

Edit: And oh, I'm officially professionally good looking. I'm already looking forward to meet Gisele Bundchen and hump her leg.

Actuallly, yeah, I see it too, but I said I'd hump her leg, not her face. She has a perfect body, IMO. Not too skinny, with perfect tits. But I'm totally honest, I always prefered 'normal' girls over models. Yes, I'm 19 and not shallow. It's as weird as it gets. Well, I'm probably still shalow, it's only that I put cutness over traditional aesthetic norms on my list of priorities when it comes to girls. As of right now, I'm totally into rock chicks. And I'm at 165 pounds again - at just under 6'3 (190cm). I hate my workout routine. All aerobics and high reps. A genuine pussy workout. I hadn't had a decent (=carb loaded) meal in ages.

amen. well, a little make up is ok but i love girls that don't dress up. i love girls that sport the wifebeater + jeans look. girls that look like they've spent ample amounts of time finding shit in the closet and skanking themselves up can go to hell.

You just described my girlfriend (only difference is she wears beatles t-shirts from the let it be era). She's a hard core rock chick (meaning she's not faking it to be fashionable) and plays music as well. Goes perfectly with me cause I play in a band and look like a mix of a 60's rocker, a 70's mod and a mid-90s Brit-pop fan.

It is so awkard talking to a chick who is dumb as dog shit. I can never find anything to talk to them about. At least nothing superficial. It really sucks when you meet a girl that's really hot but she just shits you to tears because she's moronic, materialistic and always concerned about how she looks etc. Girls like that can get fucked and go home.

Well, I feel even more awkward when I talk to my mates or other guys about my girlfriend cause everyone at age 17, 18 are so shallow... the onyl thing they ask is, 'is she hot?' and shit like that.

Then I meet this chick in class and all she talks about is how fat this person is and then says, 'oh, she's huge'

Yeah well, if I had any other choice, I'd still go for my current gf... sure, she's not a supermodel (but who is?) or maybe oober hot at all... but how much she loves me and how much I love her means the most to me. (Y)

The funny thing is that most of my friends don't even have girlfriends, I just tell them that they need to understand that dating the opposite sex is not just about looks.

I don't know. I can't seperate 'hotness' from intellgence/personality. I know model chicks who have no personality whatsoever and I simply wouldn't do them. For me, intelligence, sense of humour, originality (etc.) is what turns me on and makes a chick trully hot. Sure, she has to be cute but both looks and personality go hand in hand.

I agree 100%. Nothing brings out the ugliness of a hot chick more than a lack of personality or intelligence.

There have always been two categories for me, the ones I'd do...and the ones I'd date.

A chick can be hot and dumb for me, I've got no qualms with that. Those kind of girls tend to make great one nighters or whenever you need to lose some reserve energy.

The second category is when they're smart & attractive, those kind of girls you tend to treat differently probably because they have brains that are heavier than their tits.

I know probably 99% of the guy population would totally do a hot chick regardless if she has brains or personality as a one night stand, but for me, I just don't do one night stands. I'm not sure why I'd never do one-nighters. Maybe because I'm against the whole idea of that, or I'm not capable of hurting someone or allowing some sort of emotional attachment get in the way of things even if the other side is fully aware of a one-nighter. I guess I just seek a companion and leave the lustful releases to my ambidextrous hands.

seriously though, it might seem cliche but personality shits on looks. i could never date someone who is off-the-charts-hot but has the mental capacity of a person in a vegetative state. nowadays people are so concerned finding girls that look absolutely stunning when it's actually harder to find a girl that isn't uptight and irrational like 99.5% of the population.

I'm exactly the same really. Normally when I get in a relationship they last a year or two, so when I'm single once again all I want to do is chillax and hang out with mates (and consume large quantities of beer and whiskey). The eventually I get back out on the 'scene', meet some girls and find one I like. Then I hook up with her and start on the rollercoaster all over again. I always seem to fall for a girl pretty quickly, and always after about 6 months of being single I find someone who I really really like. Seems to always work out nicely.

I actually completely prefer one night stands at this point in my life. I was with a girl for 3 years, and I actually talked a little bit about our breakup on these forums when it happened. :oops:

That was so emotionally taxing that right now I prefer to get drunk, make whoopie, wake up the next morning (maybe make whoopie again :lol:

) and say "see ya". Eventually I'll be at the point where I will want something more again, but not in the next year at least.

i dont know about you guys but i personally feel like shit after one night stands. actually, it's not really one night stands but i feel like scum after doing the deed. it always seems as if i expect better than myself and sleeping with a random girl is just a way of giving in. it usually takes me two days to recover from this fucked up mental state.

don't get me wrong, the sex is (usually) good, but right after i nut, i always have a feeling of remorse as if to say ' alright, why the hell did i just do that ' ?
