I do already have the custom plays, theyre fine, but some PGs, for example TJ Ford, are still killing me .....

But I just dont wanna change the FSS moves since I like them ..

Jimmy, this is the best patch you have made until now, I think.
The Pointguard is really passing the ball, even if he is standing in front of the basket
with a center guarding him. And the team is passing the ball a lot. This Gameplay
is so good, EA would never be able to create something like this

yes, i will not do this at thuis stage, becoz this is enough (lots of) and various moves in 07, unlike 06 which is not enough.

i will made when i realli find enough hidden moves in 07 and better combination

at this stage, for me, i will enjoy the game first

Great patch Jimmy, The gameplay kicks ass right now, save for that infernal subs thing which is for now still out of our hands. I used your gameplay settings, but I tweaked them a bit, The computer was missing WIDE open layups. with eight minute quarters, i played an exhibition between miami and dallas, winning 77-71. Jason williams did kinda torch me, but that was because i doubled Dwade whenever he got the ball and he was making the open jumpers. shaq couldve seen to get the ball a little more, often miamis offense begins with the dump down low, but thats just nitpicking. Good job man.

We need to send gameplay vids to ea so they can see the type of product dedicated normal people can put together compared to their professional staff.

Hey Jimmy,
You said that you didn't really tweak the aiact, but the one provided in v3.0 seems to be a bit "lighter" in size compared to EA's, and I noticed a couple of jump shots from PFs and Cs that I hadn't seen yet...
Could you tell me what changes you made to the aiact?
Thanx (Y)

To Jimmy and all others,

Jimmy has done an outstanding job of giving us offensive plays that fix the PG domination. The next step in making this game as realistic as possible is ensuring that each team is running plays to get their superstars the ball in positions to score.

We have many people in this community who are good with .dbf, others who are familiar with what all the playsets are (Playmaker). I think it would be best that we create a community playmap.dbf and teams.dbf that gets the ball to our top scorers and shot takers.

A good place to start would be these two posts.

I am going to investigate the plays, try to figure out what number they are, who gets the ball, etc. I will contribute what I can.

alright, I've gained enough knowledge and will try to create my own playmap and teams.dbf to try for realism. Anyone can submit suggestions and I will certainly work with Jimmy as much as he will allow me to.

Jimmy

I played with your fatiged rosters 1.9 and your new patch w/o changing a thing and all 12 guys played from both teams...Looks like it works great. There were the dunmb subs like in last years game..Being up by 40 pts with 1 min left and the lsoing team brings in some starters. But the game has always done that.

I have a question...You said to play w/o changing game play sliders.. Can a person change a few things..I like more fouls so i want to turn the fouls up and want to play the game in something besides superstar. Also can't hit free throws very well, so i'll want to turn that slider down. Will these affect how well the game subs now..I think it's so much better now.Better than last year by far

Thank You

Actually, that's what I wanna know too. If I change the sliders after installing your fix, is it gonna affect its efficiency? My guess would be yes but I might be wrong...

Jimmy, is that the original (from EA) copy of the aiact you're using again? No problem if it is. How many teams did you remap since last update?

Badman and Doors, you should be able to toggle the sliders a little to your liking without seeing the fix being changed. I'm sure their are some key sliders that Jimmy has changed to help keep the PG out of the lane and passing. My suggestion would be to play with the sliders, always making backup copies (written down) of one's that had worked in the past in certain aspects and trying to find a settings style that suits you. u can change upon yr need after you used my setting.dat(that mean modifty anything based on my slider)

for changing foul...........it should affect the gameplay a bit... too many foul lead to more sub....and the gameplay at the end of 2nd/4th quarter will be a bit different........test it yourself

for free throw, change it up to you[/quote]

You should go back to the aiact included in 3.0. IMO it was by far better at creating more passing and less shot hungry point guards. Check out your box score, TJ Ford still took the same amount of shots as Bosh. Retry this combination with your 3.0 aiact! Good to see you are remapping the teams. Why did Ginobli only play 10 mins?
