The bottom line on inbounds is it doesn't work.

The answer about "inbounds plays" is a non-answer. There are no inbounds plays. Throwing the ball to the controlled player, when he calls for a pass, isn't a play. If locked on a C or PF, having to run across the court to accept an inbounds pass isn't a play. Being forced to throw half court inbounds passes isn't a play.

The Q/A didn't cover the lock bug, where player lock is sometimes lost. If you're locked on a SG, for instance, often the lock is lost and you're controlling all the players. Sometimes the lock moves from one player to another. The only fix is to go to options, remove lock, return to the game, go back to options and re-enable the player lock.
