NBA Live 07 Patch Petition Submitted (Update: List of fixes)

This is some good news here....I got my NBA Live 07 for PC like a week ago, but I didnt really get a chance to play it yet (school), and I dont really know all the BUGS they have in the game, but Im really happy to hear that EA or the NBA LIVE Production Team is working on a patch that will fix some of the major/minor BUGS in the PC version of the game. But I have a quick question here:

When the NBA LIVE Production Team is done with the patch, how will we be able to download the patch, will it be posted here on the NBA Live Forums or will it be something else ?

^I'm sure it will be available on easports.com, since it is an official patch.

Mad props to the dude who wrote the petition I cant believe it made EA respond thats great for gaming in general without responces from both game creator and game players the industry would just suffer

I posted a topic like this except for the PSP. There is a way to update the PSP game but so far, no supporters. Unti; some people agree with me, the PSP version is going nowhere. It's fun but, more realism please!

It's all right. And I don't think you need to have a PSP. It all depends on whether or not you want this version to be better. So, think about it. No pressure.

I know where your coming from and the arguement your putting forward, but just couldnt help myself! :wink:

And big thanks to Andrew for getting that petition in and everyone involved in signing it. Instead of staying negative as the majority of posters have rightfully since the release, maybe the wheels are in motion now for something to be done and everyone could be positive until the requests have been answered.

I got a feeling EA are going to do the right thing....

[EDIT] Hadnt read the second page of this thread when I posted. EA are taking steps towards fixing the flaws is great news. Still waiting on the release date here and just knowing that theyre releasing a patch has me amped enough to say I'm definitely buying once my copy is in...

its really simple. dont buy in unless EA fixes it. thats why forums like these are so important. you get feedback before a purchase

I didn't know where to post this but after reading the system specs thread, I'm just oh so happy that EA are putting out a patch to fix this game up! (Y)

Not much of an update on this at the moment but we should be getting a list of the issues addressed in the patch very soon. As soon as I have more info I'll be sure to post it.

I think you misunderstood. There's no patch available neither a small nor a big one. It's an "update" regarding information 'bout the process of the official update in work.

As I said in my post, the patch is not available yet and we do not know exactly when it will be released. As soon as more information is made available to me I'll post it. When the patch is released, I'll be sure to mention it too.
