Cap space???

I started playing in dynasty mode and after a few games i want to sign a free agent but when i try to do so i recive a message that i don`t have enough salary cap space. What does it mean? Does it mean that i don`t have enough money? How can i have more cap space?

You could look that up easily anywhere else.

You can see your cap space in the trade menu.
If it is negative, than it means you have to clean up some space.
Your cap space will become positive when a player with a high contract leaves your team. (Expiring contract).
You can also clean up some space with trading a player with a higher contract for one with a lower, but I think the contracts-difference must be within 10%.

You can also release a player, but his contract will count until it runs out.
