can anyone help me when i play offline my game is real laggy and wen i play online it's even worse wat can i do to make my game run normal?

Lag = result of bad connection from clients to a server.
Low FPS (Frames Per Second) = Bad performance due to outdated hardware or an unoptimized system.

I've got WiFi LAN with ~1,5MB/s and ping below 5ms. Each NBA Live lags for me badly (almost unplayable, you have to predict what to do). Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem?
Other games like Quake3 are working prefectly well.
