There is a easy way to solve your problem , just download all the "Real shoe patch for 06", then if you want to add a shoe's previw . For example , like sh999.fsh , you can just unzip the "misc~creaicns~sh999.big" from the "Real shoe patch for 06" , then change the sh999.fsh file within "misc~creaicns~sh999.big" by"bigGUI" program (if you don't have it you can search for it online and download) . OK , now you can see the new shoe's preview in game .
also there are some other step to add a new shoes ,but if you don't know all of these ,you should first learn more about patch making , I am very sorry I don't have too much time to teach you hand by hand . And wish you good luck , hope information above is helpful !

If you ask about those shoes' preview in "Real shoe's patch preview" , I can tell you that all the previews which not include in the original game are edited by photoshop . If there is a program to make these , I can save lots of my time , wish one day EA will release this program .

I could make nice previews for the shoe selection, and it'd be easy.

You can make shoes patch preview with OEdit.

can i ask how you make the image in the fsh files?

When the season begins, will you release a .bat that fixes all the shoes on the players like last year ??
Also, can you put more retro sneakers like Air Force 1's or Air Jordan I in different colors ??

I think I can finish the patch before the seaon beginning , maybe within one or two weeks all will be done . But unfortunatelly I can't put many Air Force 1 or Air Jordan I with different colour , because there are only limitied position and I have to put more basketball shoes into the game to make sure the patch is accurated . So if you like, you can change the shoe you don't like to those retro sneakers.
