Nba Live player ratings

Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

^^

back to back seasons of almost 20 & 10 and 1 season at 20 & 10 doesnt merit an overall of 79 in my opinion... wait... looking at the overalls of other big men around the league, your right. 79 is pretty accurate, guess i didnt take into account the ratings guys like Wilcox (77), Boozer (77), Martin (80) and Drew Gooden (73)

I hope all these extra ratings don't make the game easier. I would like the game a lot more if it was challenging to win.

There's a lot of ratings and depth, which is great, but also a lot of incorrect ratings.

Why do the Clippers have such a bad defensive backcourt yet were one of the best defensive teams in the league?

Defense:
Q-Ross - 73 (mmm why else do we play him but for his defense?)
Mobley - 66
Livingston - 65
Ewing - 45

The Clippers were not one of the best defensive teams in the league last season because of a terrible defensive backcourt. We all know Cassell can't defend, but Q-Ross is an 85, Mobley is a 78-81, Livingston is like a 77, and Ewing is like a 75-77. Where did they get this from?

Ray Allen and tim duncan was robbed overrall ray=86 tim=89

Ray probably has no defensive ratings, but Duncan is just because of the bad year, but he should still be a 90 on impact with all the ratings there.

this may be the most important addition to NBA live ever. i hope the ratings really affect the gameplay. there are some ratings that are waaaay off but it's nice to have them anyway. (a blatant example is tim duncan's offensive post footwork which is probably the best to be ever witnessed and is rated at a mere 74).

I agree it's good, but that's overdoing it. Just going in recent history, Hakeem's was better.

Daron Williams is so underrated. CP3 is overrated in my opinion.

Wow. So many players' overall rating is way too high. Telfair-77, Darrell Armstrong-69  , Danny Fortson-70, Devin Harris-79... just to name a few.

Theres some pretty nice ratings in there. I guess they have player tendencies, but I wish you could view them a little easier, instead of having to scroll through thier ratings. I like the shot alter and shot blocking ratings, thats cool. But I'm curious to see how much of an impact all these ratings are going to have, alot of them seem repetative, or unneeded, but we'll see. I guess having too many can't hurt.

there is no way Lebron is a better shooter than Carmelo, especially midrange :?
Also Carmelo is a way better clutch shooter than Lebron too!
In 2k7 Camby is 88, in Live 07 he is still 76, and A.Miller should be much higher than 77, like in 2k7- i dont like thse ratings :(
Nene now has a first name
Hilario, Nene

Hilario, Nene

That was his name when he first came into the league, i doubt they will put it him in the game down as that. IGN probably just typed it in because they dont know anything about basketball.

I agree with u about Melo, hes one of the best midrange shooters in the game.

Agreed 100X over, Ross is one of the BEST perimiter defenders in the league. He deserves more respect. Mobley is a great defender and can gaurd 3's

Oh yeah now I remember the old Maybyner name haha. But in 07 his name should be listed as just "Nene" unless he decides to bring Hilario or god forbide Maybyner back in the mix
