Question regarding the year show by the game

Is there a way to to change the year of stats kept in nba live 2003?

I know I can change the stats and the salaries. But it will still show 2001/2002 as the year regardless

Is that something that can't be changed?

I've been making my own personal roster patch, with rookies and accurate salaries. With this busy offseason, there have been a lot contract changes as well as the obvious 1 year off the contract for every player that still has one

One can change the years of experience, so really, the changing the year the game shows is just an aesthetic preference since everything else is updated for after the 2002/2003 season.
