I like the knicks with Nate Ariza Lee tahts the main 3 i bring off the bench in my dynasty...

Nate provides a steady backup at the 1/2 for Steph/jamal and he can provide offense and up the tempo of the game, after 4 seasons my nate has reached a 77 rating but he is still pretty good out the gate

Lee grabs rebounds like crazy i had him avg 6-8 rpg every season OFF THE BENCH and hes good for allyoop finishes and dunks around the hoop

Ariza is a MONSTER with steals... he is also very long and quick so while his D aware is not very high, he still manages to disrupt a lot of plays, get deflections and alter shots, i usually put him on the opposing teams top player in crunch time and i have been training his Defense with my assistant coach i easily got his stealing ability up to a 92

The only thing the knicks r missing on the bench is a shot blocker.. Jerome James can do this but i traded him for the expiring deal (in my season) of Juwan Howard.. who i dont play at all... But with my draft i got a rookie who blocks shots and defends... He plays sparingly alongside Lee.... so there ya go

Ariza on Knicks? I think your 8 months behind.

But I think San Antonio has the best bench.

In my experience, the Rockets bench seems the best.

C: D. Mutombo + Layups/Dunks, Rebounding, Shotblocking - Speed
PF: C. Hayes + In. Scr (for me at least :P ) - Doesn't do much of anything else, some rebounds, no blocks
SF: K. Snyder + High Flyer - Speed
SG: L. Head + Shooting, Speed - Everything else
PG: J. Lucas: Speed, Quickness, Steals Passes - Shooting

Other:
Spanoulis or w/e: Average
Novak: + Shooting, Size - Slow
Eliyahu: Below Average
