NBA Live 07 PC textures?

What textures PC will use in Live 07?

ps2 or Xbox?

Last year, PC uses textures from ps2!

I really hope, this year, EA uses the power of PC!

lol i get what he means... to be honest it should be a completely different 'texture set' for the pc

the latest computers are as powerful as the 360... my computer cud run live07 as it looks on the 360, but slightly older machines with single core processors wud struggle

i only hope they can use the "power" of the pc to its fullest this year cos on the past versions of live they look a bit too simple.... just take a look at call of duty 2 and how advanced that looks on the pc, im sure EA cud make live look more like it does on next gen

its a hard question cos a pc isn't next gen or current gen, they just keep evolving constantly

EA is just looking out for the bulk of the market who still doesn't have the best hardware around. It's just business...

It isn't possible for a normal consumer to have a computer the same specs as an xbox 360.. since you can't get 9ghz cpu's yet.

its getting a little old having to hear about this every year. will they finally make use of the pc? its a bit old now. they will continue to just port it til it starts making more money than the consoles. i play a variety of games with alot of people and most "gamers" that i know never even think about playing sports games. sports games tend to be mostly played by casual gamers and casual gamers tend to only use consoles. therefor the pc will always take a backseat to anything else Ea develops games on

i agree about the fact that it will take a backseat to anything else, but it's not because of the fact that sports game are not played, madden on the PC sells extremenly well in america, so does FIFA and PES over in europe.

yet the reason for them not investing more time/effort/money on the PC is the one you've posted, but it's not because PC gamers don't play sports games. the reason for the console versions to outsell the PC versions every years is because 50% of the sports gamers over the world just download their games via p2p without buying it

I think that they'll take next year off like they did for 02. After that it'll all be nextgen.

that will be a new feature touted by EA..hehe. It will be called next gen to be able to save in progress games.
