Help with Adding Player Portraits

Hi does anyone know what the correct size of the portrait i ssuposed to be b/c when I start the game my picture is either too small which is messed up or it is too big. Im not sure what im doing wrong when trying to add a portratir. could someone please help me

its 128x128 but at the bottom there is like a part where its not seeable so if you extract an in-game portrait out and look at it at the bottom its like some pixelated thing. use that as a reference.

i used a 128 x 128 but when i load the game the pic is huge and the sides are cut off. i need help with the portrait when it comes to editing my orginal picture.....

What am i doing wrong. then when i make it 64 x 64 its way too small anfd the pic is distorted

well idk.. like i said just extract one of ea's portraits and look at it as a reference.

can someone help me with editin the pics. I know how to add it but the pics not working righty either too small or too bug and i dont know what i am doing wrong.
