Bynum's not ready for the NBA, he's still on the level where 5-10 minutes a game is enough at the most. His game is not ready, just his height.

When he's developed enough, Jackson will definitely use him.

Sounds like it's not Bynum's coming out year yet...Kobe permanently goes to the 3 and Odom to the 4?

Why would Kobe go to the 3?

PG: Farmer
SG: Kobe
SF: Radmanovic
PF: Odom
C: Kwame

On the Al Harrington deal, getting him would be great, but I don't want them to give away Bynum. If they make the deal with Mihm and Cook or whoever instead though, (Y)!

Dude,Farmer for Smush  ?
Smush should be a starting PG there.

Farmar is a better Pg than Smush.

Smush will still start over him though mainly because of triangle experience.

Why are people shocked by Kobe at the 3?

Kobe has been playing in the wing the whole playoffs. The 3 in the triangle is a wing player. Jordan was listed as a 2-guard but he was always a wing player in the triangle.

I think he means is Farmar's a better passer than Smush.....
Yes I'd start Smush over Farmar....
But later Farmar will show NBA how he made UCLA a final four team...

Please enlighten me.

Are you that fucking stupid?
I did mention that the advantage Smush has over Farmar is experience. but other than that, Farmar beats him in every other category. even vertical leap.

Farmar is a much better passer than Smush. Farmar has always shown a nice sweet shot from the midrange and he can hit the open 3.

Farmar actually utilizes angles on defense to compensate for his lack of speed. Smush does not have a clue how to defend opposing pg's. Defense at 1 was the biggest deficit the lakers had last season. Something is definitely wrong when every Pg that played against the lakers last season looked like an all-star.

lol... agree that farmar is better skill-wise than parker but the pg is the hardest position to learn not to mention the triangle is the toughtest offense to learn... that's why parker starts but not for long.... and adonal foyle has more experience than greg oden..... you wanna start foyle over oden even right now?

DUH!

Everyone has been saying that Smush will no doubt be the starter when the season starts.

He gets it by default because of triangle experience.

Jordan was not a strictly a wing player in the player in the triangle. especially in the 1st championship roster that didn't have many good ball handlers.

it wasn't until Ron Harper was acquired (to matchup with Orlando's big backcourt) did Jordan take a less role as the initiator of the triangle. but even in the last 3peat you'd still those sets where Jordan was the 'primary' ball handler, make the pass to the high post, make the cut, and so on and so forth

it would reasonable to say that Pippen and Jordan were the 2 primary ball handlers during the Bulls 3peats.

Pippen was more of an initiator than MJ.

In the 2nd 3-peat, the lineup was pretty much
Pippen - Initiator
Harper - shooting guard
Jordan - wing player

We're seeing the same thing with the lakers, wherein
Lamar - Initiator
Smush - shooting guard
Kobe - wing

Ron Harper did not ahave a major role as the initiator of the triangle in the 3-peat and ron Harper was certainly not the initiator when he was with the lakers. Kobe Bryant was.

regardless of Pippen doing the main 'initiating' or Harper being a "shooting guard", or Kerr taking away minutes from Harper in cruchtime, it still leads back to Jordan not always being a wing player as you mentioned

i forgot to include that since Jordan was the team's best post up player, not only was Jordan a "wing" and "initiator", but he was also a "post" player in the triangle

He knows that the roles in the triangle are interchangeable, which is a concept you seem unable to grasp.
