Good find, this is my favourite current gen gameplay video so far. The collision thing looks pertty good. But it still looks so frantic compared to the 2k sports games. But that may be cause the gamespeed is too high, I couldn't tell.

The dunking looks so much more real, the defense looks tighter. I think with patching 07 will be much more enjoyable than 06. Definitely worth the money for a PC user.

wow i really like the look of the animations. The dunks are realistic, not too sure about that guarding though. I dont really see players in front and on the side of a player right by their hip guarding them. But it looks really cool. I like how they made the FSS moves seperate between superstars and stars. Now people wont be complaining when Gerald Wallace isnt a highflyer superstar. Cant wait for it to be released!

That's probably the best video coverage I've seen for the Live series. Looks like the points mentioned by Andrew in his preview seem to translate well.

Also, I AM AN IDIOT FOR GETTING A PS2!!! I should have gotten the Xbox, I mean damn.... the framerate is amazing and so smooth, unlike hte PS2 its pretty bad, and the PS2 does not have Anti-Aliasing. :cussing:

Is it just me or does the freestyle control (meaning the dribbling animation) look a hell of a lot smother this year than in previous lives? I've allways felt that the dribble moves felt very mechanic

(Try to look at Marion dibbling one fourth way through the preview)

I didn't care too much for this video. It showed some real nice stuff, but overall, it seemed way too much like an updated '06 version I think. I can't wait to get my hands on it though and play if for myself and actually experience these updates that have been touted to be so great for the game. I really hope they do their reviews justice...

Looks exactly like 06 with a few tweaks here and there. The sliding they mention while talking about sliding was obviously still there. I can't blame EA..cause it looks like they are doing their best with current gen. I'm sure it will be a nicely updated version of live 06...but im waiting for the xbox 360 version personally.

IMO, EA fail BIG in off-game...poor menus...poor staf/stats options....

Man, this year will NBA Live 07 PC stays with 640x480 menu resolution?

I just have a feeling that if they wanted to make this the best live for Current Gen, it would have to be on a Dual Layer DVD. I mean, people want all these things, new animations, better defence, but doesn't all that require more space and codes? And from what it seems like, I don't think EA wants to release a current gen game on a DVD9.

wow.......it seems from the video i'm gonna have to get the xbox360 version too. I only play PC now, but xbox360 will be worth it with the grapics and the next gen features.

the gameplay seems a little smoother but also an update from 06 like andreas said. I'm hopig it will be a lot better. I'm counting on it!
