Team tendencies

those sliders such as:
-halfcourt/fastbreak
-inside/outside
-finesse/(dont remember the rest)

Those team "style" sliders, is there a way to change them?
I want to make the raptors more of a fast break, finesse team.
Are they just based on the players on the roster?
Also, is there even a point to them?
