Custom Art.

I downloaded a couple of new jersey patches and it says i have to activate the custom art feature. Would anyone like to tell me how i go about doing that?

Go to C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA Live 2003\main\cscripts,
open xstartup.cfg with notepad, replace the last line with customart 1

I did that and when i click the install.bat and it says there is no such file.

what am i supposed to do about that?

create a folder under render and name it as xteam then put all your jersey patches there.
