Like in madden 06 and NBA 06 i think there should be a superstar mode where you create a player and control his life like you were really him. Also give them a nickname but not the same for every player. although it should be a little more detailed then maddens yeah you should see there house and all but you should also live there life outside of basketball. Like going to clubs or eating out and geting harassed by poperotzies or crazy fans. Signing autographs going to award shows or special guesting on TV shows.

I still don't think NBA Live needs this feature...yet. There's much that can be done with the current features and modes (notably Dynasty) before introducing a brand new mode that's going to take a sizeable chunk of production time. I would say it will be the natural progression of the series once other elements are closer to reaching their full potential. Depending on what the "deeper Dynasty mode" in NBA Live 07 turns out to be, perhaps we'll see the single player career mode similar to Madden's within the next couple of years. But I for one would like to see further development of the current features first.

Andrew: i totally agree with you, i think this would be a good feature (i didnt vote though) but i would rather see a good game out first.

i dont think you cud even have that much detail in a game mode like that along with the usual game modes such as dynasty

a dvd isn't big enuff, and no i dont think you shud have this game mode at all... to be honest its NBA LIVE hence its about the league, if you wana play somethin like that play ESPN 24/7
