i think memo, diaw, david west and mike james should have their ratings increased dramatically on the other side joe johnson(87? wtf?), josh smith(should be around 70s), steve francis and k-mart should have lower ratings besides ea better do this star superstar thing they were talking about correctly so we can prevent guys like ben wallace scoring 40s

yao was the best center in the league at the end of the season, and t-mac had only injury, if he was healthy he played at his level

I assume those ratings were high for those players because maybe they were the most valuable to their team.

3. KG 94-92

Yao should increase, not decrease, he's the #1 C now, and after injury he put up like 25 PPG and 11 RPG to end the season. Also Marvin Williams should at worse stay the same, he's improved a lot. I know Marbury will decrease, but really he shouldn't, Larry Brown's system was what held him back, he's still a 20-8 guy. Joe Johnson decrease? HAHA, he just put up 20 PPG and 6.5 APG on 45% FG and 35% 3PT as a first option and he should decrease? Maybe his 3PT rating, but that's all. KG stays basically the same.

A LITTLE!!! r u kidding me???? I think they should be like 75 or something...

Stop buying into hype, they didn't become bad players because they had one bad season under Larry Brown. Marbury should be back to 20-8. Francis was already down in Orlando to about 16-5-5, so yea he goes down, he misses Mobley.

the problem is we have other guys who produce nearly the same (ricky davis?)
87 is just too much for joe johnson, he is still a good player though i think he must be 78-80 (same as ricky)

I don't remember JJ being 87 when the game came out last year.

i dont think anyone has mentioned A.Miller yet-he is 80 in 2k(where he belongs) and Camby is still as good as ever and should be higher. Melo doesnt move much-like 2 since 2005.

EA wouldn't make Tracy McGrady decrease, even though he should because he's the cover boy.

the superstars won't drop a lot. They just won't do it, cause they need to seel it to kids who arent into the sim gameplay bt like to dunk everything with Amare and Shaq. Amare should decrease greatly since his injury will make him a different player. it already has from what i have seen. Shaq will still be shaq.

Diaw casue he was used for motion capture will increase a lot. he will be one of the top rated players mark my words.

He's a Pistons fan, but I don't think his projected rating changes are that dramatic (minus Maxiell, he hasn't done anything in the league to warrant a boost in ratings). However, this is a thread that is supposed to be about "dramatic" rating changes so I don't think that posting an 83-84 rating is really contributing all that much to the thread.

Billups was an MVP candidate, Rip was an all-star and leading scorer for the team and Tayshaun has essentially stayed the same so an 83-84 isn't too far fetched.

shaq should be lowerd to 88 and webber as well

tony parker rating sould go up as 83 and manus to 86

even that duncan had a poor season he makes up 4 it with the good playoff (remamber that duncan got a knee injory anad that was cuase to the poor stats)

marbury and frachis down to (like 80 or maybe 79)
