Talk about NBA Live 07 here.

This game reminds me too much of live 06....the gameplay..

Nice find. I like the screen where Dirk Nowitzki charges over Udonis Haslem.

If you've got the cash to afford two versions of NBA Live 07, the PSP and PlayStation 2 games might be a good option, if only because the NBA Live 07 development team is making sure the two versions will be fully compatible with each other. You'll be able to transfer created players from the PS2 to the PSP game, and you can even continue your dynasty season on your handheld, link back up to your PS2 console when you return home, and ensure that the data is always in synch between the two games. Another cool feature for PSP fans: You'll be able to play MP3s off your memory stick, either in the front-end menu or when playing the minigames found in NBA Live 07.
Can't wait for that sooooo pumped, and the PSP versions graphics look pretty decent (minus the shoes, and sorry I don't know how to quote)

Wow it looks pretty similar to this year's... But I guess that's the MAX they can get with current-gen systems... Looking forward to gameplay videos!
Btw, I think they still have that 06 Press Box camera angle..

looks very similar to this years but its good to hear bout the extentsions on the dynasty mode. the new ball looks good, and sigh...
"Marv Albert and Steve Kerr return this season in the commentating booth, and their voice work seems just as smooth and varied as in previous years. "

For NBA Live 07, one of the first things the development team at EA Canada addressed was the freestyle controls. We got a chance to see the current-gen version of game for the first time during a recent trip to EA's offices in Vancouver to see how the company is refining the game's approach for next season.
:| I'm not liking how getting to change the freestyle superstar ability on the fly is their main spin to sell the game. Who the fuck cares? Really. If this were NBA 2k and they had this feature, it probably wouldn't have even been mentioned. It's such a small thing. I don't think i could be fucked constantly changing the superstar icon to be honest. This feature is very much a "That's cool.....i guess" kind of thing. I sure hope they didn't waste too much time on it.
And they're going on as if the freestyle superstar abilities from last year's game was this whole revolutionary awesome feature. People didn't even like it! I know i wasn't a huge fan. One of my friends who doesn't even know much about NBA (Suggesting he'd prefer an arcade, fun style basketball video game) said he didn't like Live06 because of the FSS's. Oh well. From a presentation standpoint, we liked the new menu system in the game, with its clean lines and white background
YES!
White background! Bring on the Live01 throw back menu's! (I wonder if that means they read my review for live06.)

Wow that ESPN streaming stuff sounds awesome! I'm really glad it will be on all versions of the game. I'm really looking forward to Live 07 now.

Are those screens really PS2 or are they xbox? They look more like xbox to me, mainly because thats what xbox version looked like before.
Fri Jul 14, 2006 5:29 pm
Specifically, the Xbox and PlayStation 2 versions of the game will feature three levels of superstar control: regular, star, and superstar; while next generation versions of NBA Live 07 will add one more level of control above that to create some truly spectacular moves.
where's PC in current gen ?? maybe it will be next gen
Fri Jul 14, 2006 6:41 pm

Editor's Note: GameSpot has learned today that the ESPN integration described above will only be available in next-gen versions of NBA Live 07, and will not be found in the PSP and the PS2 versions of the game as originally stated by EA. We have corrected the story to reflect this information.]

They should jsut ditch FFS and make it more realistic.. and fix the player models. They look like midgets with huge heads and EVERY single player is ripped.... WRONG!!!

FSS actually is very realistic, its up to you the user not to exploit it,its indeed one of the most authentic features ever added in any nba game...but then again users like yourself cant stop pressing the fucking freestyle button and yet blame EA?

true.i agree with flipz
Wed Jul 19, 2006 11:13 am
Flipz, shut the fuck up. If you could name one player that can hit a jump hook from three point consistantly, I'll blow you. Get off EA's dick and your head out of your ass.
