How can i change the salary cap? Also the default salaries?

anyone know how to do this? i just got a roster patch and i'm changing the salaries of those who werent changed to actual ones not this 300,000 shit. i also wanna change the salary cap in the game as well as the default salaries and junk. so guys arent being signed for 30,000. please help with this. so we can have a great patch released.

The salary.ini can be found in the felogic folder, which can be found in the main game folder. Individual player salaries must be edited in players.dbf.

Modifier for Canadian teams. The exact nature of this rule in both NBA Live and the real NBA escapes me at the moment.

Increasing and decreasing contract size as players age. As players enter their prime the size of their contract will increase. As they start to decline, the maximum contract size will decrease. I believe superoldagemod is for Legends.

The rule for trading when over the salary cap. When two teams who are over the cap are trading players, the total of the traded players' salaries for Team A must not be more than 120% (hence the 20) than the total of the salaries Team B is trading (and vice versa). There's also a buffer of 10000 salary points (tradefudge) on top of the 120% rule.
