It's indeed invite only, one representative per site (usually the webmaster/admin, unless they can't make it).

I don't know how many questions I'll be able to ask, but I'll be trying to find out as much as possible. I'll also take the opportunity to let them know about some of our top wishes.

I'll be able to take pictures and even video recordings, but only with permission. I assume I might be able to get some shots of the game but given it's a development studio there will be some things I won't be allowed to photograph. Whatever I can bring back, I certainly will. I probably won't have access while I'm over there, if I do I might check in with a quick update otherwise I'll do a write-up when I get back. I'll be sure to take a notepad. ;)

Maybe I'll create my own website and ask for an invite. I live so damn close to the freakin place... lol.

Anyway you should do some commentary videos, like the Stephen A Smith one on youtube.

As I said, I'll do what I can but given the possibility of coming into contact with sensitive information I will be restricted in what I can take photographs and video of while I'm in the studios. Whatever I can get, I'll take. ;)

Matthew and I are currently saving enough money to go and gatecrash the event. Andrew of course would probably be like "um... I don't know these people" but we'd get over that.

This is quite possibly the most awesome thing i've ever heard in my life! (i'm very lonely) Have fun Andrew. This is basically what webmaster's of fan sites dream of. (Y)

I forget. What exactly do you do as a representitive of NLSC? Do you put forward to them ideas and suggestions? Or do you all sit at a panel or something and ask EA questions about the upcoming game?

I hope they have a revolutionary dynasty feature or something like that because i'm not the slightest bit excited about this year's game. Which is a bit strange, because i'm usually wetting my pants with excitement around this time of year. But Live06 was the last straw for me. Here's hoping Live07 can turn things around.

Anyway, it's great to see EA do this again. They do love us after all! :hump: They must have heard us whinging about our community.

Matthew and I

Add Andreas to that one & you've got the sane ones.

Then again, I don't think EA would allow you guys in, you guys would probably wear NBA 2k > EA...BITCH.

As if I would ever do anything as disrespectful as that. I'd just take in a copy of 2K6 and ask if I can play it on one of their TV's

if EA does invite the whole nlsc staff it's too bad ex-staffers wouldn't be in any sort of contention. EA probably gets enough wanna-be's a people begging for attention as it is...we sure do over here at the NLSC. Hopefully andrew can put in a word for the "sane" ex-staffers like Lutz and brien..and yea..thats about it. Atleast they left without looking like a total fool.

I'm turning mexian and hopping the border essay. Atleast if they send me back..i wont have too far to be back in my country.

From what I know so far, a tour of the studio, a Q&A session (as well as the opportunity to ask questions here and there, and hopefully offer some suggestions/insight into what we'd like to see) and a hands-on demonstration of the unfinished game.

A few days. I'm not sure of the rest of the details yet but I'd be (very pleasantly) surprised if they flew me over first class. I doubt that though, they're already spending a bit to fly me in from Australia.

andrew im really pleased your going, rather then some guru from other gaming sites who will only ask questions about the glitz of the game, whereas you will ask the questions that are most important to us here at the nlsc.

so are you going to be asking questions about how they come up with there god damm ratings? haha. give them some pointers my friend!
