dbf editing... Help!

Hello!
I just got one doubt. Maybe you have talked a lot ´bout it, but I have searched it in this web and I couldn´t solve it. I just want to have the real draftees in my game.
Last year, I downloaded one patch for NBA Live 2005 and it worked prefectly. I haven´t found any patch this year, so I would like to make it myself. So, I have just edited some computer´s draftees for the original, but the game crashes. I did it with DB Commander, and I have changed only the names in "players.dbf". It was on a saved Dynasty, and I don´t know if I have to do it in a new one or if I can edit saved Dynasties. The last question is where I found the name of the schools, ´cuz in "schools.dbf" there are no correespondences.
It will be superb if anyone can explain this stuff to me or put any link to a guide or something like that.

Just keep opening them up until you see school names...thats what I would do.

There is already a Patch to include the Real 2006 Draftees in your dynasty.
