T-Mac is a good choice, he did have an awful year, but he's still one of the top guards in the league... Only question is his durability... I've always liked the guy and hope he gets his back to 100% and becomes the player he was in Orlando... With Yao having the toe fixed and the leg fixed as well, if T-Mac can rebound from this injury plagued season, they could be pretty good next year.

LeBron will grace the cover sooner or later, its just a matter of time...

But LeBron was mvp of the all star game and second in mvp votes for the season.........averaged more points, more assists, more rebounds, more steals, more blocks, broke more records, PLAYED MORE GAMES, and has more fans. LeBron deserved it more than all of them or at least nash.

Maybe they just wanted to have him on the cover once and they are now afraid that his career is about to come to an end because of his injuries and so they thought this will probably be the last opportunity so they wanted to take it.

What has he actually done in his career? Scores alot of points but never really achieved anything.

Also, I don't know why there is so much hate for T-Mac on these forums.
The guy is a phenomenal player whose talent is among the best in the league.

Only thing that screwed him over consistently is his back injury.

Coming from Toronto to Orlando where he was freed up from VC, he got Most Improved Player and was basically the whole Magic team.

Look at what he did in Orlando. Won two scoring titles, averaged 30+ PER for the season (highest since MJ).

Look at his first season in Houston. 13 points in 35 seconds, that performance was unbelievable. Combine that with him shutting down Dirk in the 2005 playoffs while dropping 30 a night.

The reason he hasn't won anything significant is because of his back. Hopefully, he will be able to be rested and have his back feeling better next season. If so, you guys will see the true McGrady in 06-07 and be eating your words soon enough.
