Thinking of creating my own edits for nba live...

Im still tryin to get the hang/understanding of this db commander stuff im hearing and all.

so i'll just throw down my questions real quick and please help direct me to a tutorial or whatever.

First off
I was thinking of editing each player stats so the players are slower moving up and down the court. It will take very long doing it through the interface of the game....

is it best do it by the in game edit screen for each player/team? Or is there a easier way to do it, like the db commander?
Like i was saying, i dont know what the full use of the db commander is yet. I opened it and it confused me, wich leads me to a 2nd question,
is there a tuturial or something that can tell you how to work in the db files/db commander?

Also, i will do further searching, but is there a opening Season roster made with DKs tweak?

If you want to globally lower speed and quickness ratings, I recommend doing so using the Toolkit's Mega Modifier feature.

If you want to use the opening night rosters in the NLSC roster update I can send you DK's tweaks so that you may apply them yourself.

Toolkits mega modifier feature ,since i got xp, off of the "NBA Live 2003 Toolkit for Access XP" that is correct?
So i can use office xp with that right? never used Access xp, but i guess i'll figure it out.

Thanks for the help.

Yeah, you'll have to use the Access XP Toolkit. You don't really need to know how to use Access to use the Toolkit.
