all-star jersey

i recently downloaded an allstar jersey patch.is it possible to use them in franchise mode?

It is possible to use them in Franchise Mode, but you will have to edit the players who are selected for the East and West All-Stars so that their original team (ORIGTEAM) is listed as East or West All-Stars as appropriate.

There's a couple of jersey patches that add the 2003 All-Star jerseys. By editing players.dbf, you can make the All-Stars wear these jerseys rather than their individual team jerseys.
