Im a rookie at this game and i was wondering, how exactly do you get the people that your scout finds??

At the end of the year, when the NBA Draft comes around, you will be given the option to select players (just as in real life). Unless you've traded away your picks or acquired additional ones, you will have one first round selection and one second round selection. It's important to scout a few players since there's no guarantee your first choice will be available when it's your turn to pick.
