what do you mean catch up on what? Btw, I've already changed my sliders to make the game even more realistic.
ceewah wrote:The game is whatever. If you're a true nba live fan, then you can't be complaining. Just imagine it like it was nba live 2004 or 2005 but with waaaay sicker graphics, and updated rosters. Online play is freaking awesome! I say better than playing online on pc. Even tho you can patch live on pc, where's the fun on that when there's barely players on pc and get a laggy game? You can tell that they rushed that game because there's a lot of stuff that are missing. I think they rushed the game so they can release it along with the 360, but I am ALMOST positive that nba live 2007 will be the sickest basketball game especially on 360!!
Here are the stuff that are missing in the game:
1.) A lot of bench players from different team have "00" for their numbers.(steve francis is one of them.)
2.) They don't have the dynasty mode.
3.) Camera views are ok. The only thing I don't like about it is when you do fastbreak on pressbox view the camera moves a little kind of slow. So when you pass the ball through half court, you won't even see the player who's holding the ball for a second. Maybe in other camera views won't do that, but I find pressbox the best out of all.
4.) There's no FSSS( freestyle superstar). Like I said, its like playing 2004/2005 live.
5.) There's only the recent East and West all star teams, which means they don't have 50's,60's, etc. all star teams.
6.) Freethrows are a bitch. They don't have that thing where you aim for something. You just move the right analog down and move it up slowly. it just takes some time and practice for you to get use to it.
So far those are the only problems I've noticed on nba live 2006 on 360. I will update this when I see more problems. Other than that, the game ROCKS!!!

I've got the players to play more halfcourt, drive to rim more and pull up for mid range jumpers. The Fast breaks are toned down big time.
Overall, I'm just happy the "BIG's" are more apart of the game.
Hopefully, EA will get it right or close to right out of the box next year.

I really gave up on this game a month ago. Now I'm loving it more than ever. Maybe its just my excitement, but I'm seeing new things in this game everytime I fire it up.
Now I actually have hope for Live 07. Thanks Playmakers.
