And again the Cavs...sry

Postby Hash on Thu Jun 26, 2003 5:06 am

I started about a month ago a franchise with the cavs, because the cavs is the team that I have uptdated the most(logos, players, court) and it looks bretty nice :D. Ok, about my season.
1) The squad: C- Ben Wallace(traded for Z,Jones got Sanches too)
PF-Carlos Boozer
SF-Darius Miles(sometimes Ricky D)
SG-Ricky Davis(sometimes D.Wagner)
PG-Lebron James
Bench: Smush Parker
Michael Stewart
Milt Palacio
Chris Mihm
Dajuan Wagner
Salmons(from FA)
2) The season is over and the PO-s just begun...
I played about 40 games myself(7 min, superstar) and simmed the remaining season. I finished 6th in the league and 2nd ind the east. Lebron was the best of season with 20,4ppg; 8,2apg; 5,6rpg; 1,1bpg and 1,3 spg(of course he was named rookie of the year)
3)PO-s just started, I,m against Toronto in the first round.......

No, like usually the MVP was Tim Duncan :(.

OK I played two games with Toronto and the serie is tied 1-1.
The first game was pretty good for me, but the end was frustrating. In the second quarter I led abaout 15 points. But in the 4th quarter when 2 min where played Lebron fouled out and I lost the game by 2 with Lamond Murray scored the winning two for Toronto 0,8 seconds before the end.... I had a change to win it, but Smush Parker didn't hit a open three :(. Lebron was still the best with 21 pts, 10ast and 5 reb while B.Wallace was monstrous with 10 pts, 5 blks and 19 REBS!! PS: the score was 91-89 for Toronto, theit best was Vince with 26p and 6ast.

Second game was a close one like the first. I lead almost all the game but in the end Toronto tied the score at 96 with just 28 seconds to go in the 4th quarter. This time I was playing with Lebron carefully, he got 5 fouls(3 in the first quarter!!!), but luckily didn't fouled out. Lebron hit the game winning two 4,7 seconds before the end of the game. Vince had a change but he didn't use it and missed a three at the buzzer:D. Still Vince had a game high 32p and 3stl. My player of the game this time was Ben Wallace with 17 POINTS :D ,5blks and 17 rebs. Lebron got 22p, 11 ast. Ricky Davis scored 19. D-Miles and Dajuan Wagner scored both 15.

Compared to real life it's true that Duncan is MVP, but in my franchise one thing is wrong with real life, SA didn't get to the playoffs!

OK, I played game 3 in my series. This time I finally showed some good defence as a team by letting toronto score only 78! I won 86-78. Made a crusial 12-0 run in the end of the 3rd quarter and TOR never recovered from it :D. This time Lebron handled vince bretty fine by letting Vinsanity score ONLY 16! James himself was POG with 25pts, 8ast, 2 stl, 2bks and 4 rebs. Wallace was "the beast" scoring 9pts, grabbing 16 rebs and blocking 4 shots. Miles and Davis scored 15 both. Wagner 13 and Boozer 9.
I hope I can win and end the series in the next game :) . But Toronto has shown me that I can't underestimate any team.

Duncan is usually MVP about 3-4 season...ok I can handle it, but it bothers me is that he allways changes teams.

Ok, the serie with Toronto is over, I won the 4th game ov the serie to made the score 3-1! :D . The final game was close(like all my games with toronto  ) and I won 98-94. In the end my hero was Dajuan Wagner who scored 9 of his 11 points in the 4th quarter! POG was as expected LeBron James with 26pts, 11ast, 2stl, 3bls and he made only 3 fouls :D ! Ben Wallace wasn't very good, but made two crucial blocks at the end of the 4th quarter. His stats were 6pts, 9rebs and 2 bls. Darius Miles scored 18, Boozer and Ricky Davis 10.

Now my next oponent is Atlanta who won Indiana also 3-1.
But who should I be starting at SG: Ricky D(better defender) or Dajuan Wagner(better outside shooter)? Both are good but I can't make my mind who to choose.

Ricky D because you need better D than O. Plus ATL may have a size advantage against Dajuan. If you don't know for sure just sub them alot to get the best results or whatever you want.

Aight, played 2 games with ATL and won one of them.
First game starters were:c-wallace, pf-boozer, sf miles, sg-DAVIS, pg- james. I fought that when i play davis on SG it helps my defence, BUT it did not! Lost the onesided game 102-87. Hawks led the entire game. Bad things for me started in the 1st quarter which I lost 25-15 and the cap didn't get smaller anymore :(. I couldn't handle Jason Terry(21p,8a), G.Robinson(25p,3steals), Dion Glover!!!!!!!!!(20p,5a)! My best was LeBron (like usually) with 32p,4ast, but he had very low FG and 3point %. WALLACE vs. RATLIFF: big ben had 11p,10rebs and 5bs while Theo had 14p,10rebs,1bs. But one thing was great for me in this game, I discovered a go to man from the bench: SMUSH PARKER-20p,5a!

The second game was completely different from the first one. I changed my starters: C-Big Ben, PF-Miles, SF-Davis, SG-Parker, PG-James.
The game was bretty close all the time, except for the end when I two minutes before the end made a 10-0 run :). I won 109-96. This time AGAIN POG was King James with 20p,5reb, 14a:D, 2stl,4bs and his shot % was also good. Putting Miles into PF was a good decision, he was FANTASTIC with 24p,8rebs,3bs:D. Boozer helped from the bench with 14p,6reb :). Ricky D had 16p,3a and my new star Smush Parker had 13p,7a along with 4bs(all on Terry :D). I managed to hold down Terry, he scored only 14p and handed 7a, Robinson was their best with 29p. WALLACE vs. RATLIFF: Both were bretty weak in this highscoring game.... wallace had 4p, ONLY 5reb and 4bs, Theo had 8p,7reb and no bloks at all!(thinking of trading wallace for ratliff next season, cause I need a taller C....)
