Yes, it gets to about 103mil after the 4th year i think for me...(when making the salary cap 100mil in the first year)

sorry but everytime I edit 5C C1 00 to A0 86 01 and then save and start up NBA Live it just gives me a error "The instruction at 0x667c486b" ...... memory cannot be read" I am using Ultra Edit and searching for 5CC1 could someone please help me out thanks alot

an update i was able to make salary Cap 90.00 M but was unable to make it any higher or the above error would occur any suggestions thanks


****Game only was able to Load once with 90.00 M Cap as soon as I quit and restarted it would give error again********

For any one having the above issue i found that restarting the computer will fix the issue similar to V 2.0 and V 3.0 of Madden which the same error occurs i have not tested higher slary cap then 90.00 but i am sure it will work even with 90.00 The Knicks are still i believe -12.00 Mill

what if My Starting Cap Room is -474K? How can i search it in the Hex Editor?

I have tried to edit my team's salary cap in my dynasty, which obviously needs a change (-22.43M ). But this value is negative, so what do I have to do in order to find it in the hex part?

Anyway, I tried searching a positive value, e.g. Miami (10.60M), and converted 10600 (dec) to 2968 (hex). Now, the explanation tells me "lower byte first", so basically I have to search for 6829, right? But when I searched with Hex Editor XVI32 for this value it wouldn't find me anything. What am I doing wrong?

I just open the advanced calculator on Windows, type in the decimal value, and then click "hex". But what am I doing wrong?

Salary Cap has a set value. IF you've just started the dynasty, its 49.50 mil so search 5C C1. But if you're a few years in the dynasty, it goes up like 0.50 mil every year I think.

Yeah so its got nothing tto do with the -22.22 mil part or whatever...

I'm still in my first season, so I guess I have to search for 5CC1. So that means if I change that value to A08601 (100M), I will have -22,43 + (100 - 49,5) = 28,07M for my dynasty? But what if I want to change another team's salary cap? Thanks a lot for helping, Jugs!

Funny thing, I just tried and... yes, I really have 28,07M! Great! But now the other teams also have 50,5M added to their salary cap. So how can I change just mine?

You can't, everybody now has 100mil to spend on players. I usually change my salary cap to around 55-70mil so its more realistic than 100mil.

Can I edit something that salary cap will grow every year ? but not +0.5mil ,it's better +3-6mil ?
