meh, I'm not scared of the older dudes, i started playing u14s when I was 10 and i was tiny as then, so im kinda use to playing against older kids

Sit, new season starts first week of May....we have 5 confirmed players, I can probably find another utility/maybe player & then fill out 1-2 spots with random walk-ons....we'll be playing in the Men's 3rd Division (lowest division) since no one has played in ages & we will probably suck for a while....as you know, I got a job in CBD, so I'll definitely being moving closer to the city, either slightly north, south or west I'd say, but that won't be until the New Year since I have to stay at current place until at least the end of the year....
just got back from my game, we beat the #2 overall team by 6pts to finish 7-5 for the season....we are in a 3 vs 4 semi-final next week, if we win then we move on to a preliminary final vs the loser of the 1 vs 2 matchup....if we can get by the other team, who we have drawn once & lost to once by 1pt this season then we will likely face the rough team that we beat tonight....
it appears I have found my shooting touch again, had 12pts for the game, but had 9pts in the 2nd half, including some big long 2's & 3's to help the team get the W....feels good to be shooting again....didn't really rebound much on the game as I was playing a lot at SG tonight....probably only had like 3 or 4, which is quite a lot less than usual....had about 4 or 5 steals which was good & played pretty rock-solid D....also had about 4 or 5 assists & 2 or 3 TO's....

Wait... u finished one season already? Is the next one gonna run for longer?
Anyways, an update on our team, I've convinced a mate of mine to play! He's about 5'10" maybe? Currry muncher who runs as if he got no ankles... he just runs funny and although he looks unco.. thats why he gets the ball past people because he looks real unco and 'somehow' he can dribble past the whole defence.
But one good reason for having him, not just to have someone whos actually played before, but his two mates are 6'6"... we could really use them right now!
Next game is this friday... will let y'all know how we do.
Also... nearly done my 2 assesment and my test went real well tonight. Good for 90% I'm guessing, I'm only doubting two of the questions on the test but apoart from that, it's sweet!

I still wonder what my Polish mate will be called....his surname is Ostrowski or something like that....also my older brother Paul is onboard, he's gonna be tracking over from Logan once a week & staying that night

Travis came up with idea of the names....sometimes even he has his moments of brilliance
there's now 6 guys on the team, & will find out in the next week whether 1-2 of my older brother's mates who live out my way will play....we only really want to carry 7 players, so each game play with 6-7 players so that most people play 30 minutes per game
as for making the jerseys, I'd luv custom ones like Lebron James' HS jerseys, but due to everyone else being poor, we're going to end up in budget Big W green jerseys, with iron-on numbers
although Travis said he knows the promotions/advertising guy at the British Arms Bar (next to the now closed down Adrenaline Sports Bar)....it's a pub with English, Irish, Scottish & Welsh sections....he reckons he's gonna try & get our team a sponsorship....damn, if he could pull that off, we'd have crazy uniforms with sponsorship all over it
