I wouldn't do that. That can really mess up your knees if you aren't careful. Nothing is wrong with wearing ankle weights if you are just wearing them while, like walking around school, or walking home, or walking around your house. But if you start running with them, it can be dangerous.

Where is the j/k after that funny writing.

On TOPIC: Try to jump and touch the rim everyday, you'll stretch out in height, but will jump higher as well.

Stop bragging everyone, because if not too tall white boys like me and VanK can dunk there's nothing special about it anymore.

I'm about 6'1 or 6'2 now, I don't know. I've grown some inches since last summer and I was 5'10 or 5'11. I could dunk with a nice sprint to the goal at that height, and now I can dunk pretty much with ease, but no fancy stuff, just one or two hands. I have so much respect for the people that can do like 360 windmills and stuff because when you actually try that yourself, its like the hardest thing in the world to do because its hard enough for some people to dunk at all. I don't know what the hell my vertical leap  To help you out, just do some jump roping and calf raises and jumping up and down trying to touch the backboard like a 100 times and if you do that everyday, you should be jumping a little higher.

dunking is a bitch. I understand why some players don't like to dunk, because it really hurts like hell. I dunked on smaller rims before and I got bruises all over my wrists. I wonder how the likes of Stoudemire and Josh Smith can constantly slam the ball so hard.

i dunno. i pulled up once, came down, pull up again, and my handed just started hurting, it felt like i got cut with a knife, i dropped down and my middle finger and the ring(?) finger were purple and red and there were.. so i guess its fingers.

guess it was just a dumb thing to do.

dunking is so much about teqhnique too... I know some people that have messed up their hands pretty badly because they try to slam the ball so hard... you never see the best dunkers hurt themselves dunking

My friend who's 6 foot 3 and who can dunk, we were playing some ball yesterday and he wanted to dunk on me (5 foot 7). He went up for it and posterised me :( his crotch was in my face and he kneed me in the head too.

So my point is, being posterized is not fun for the posteree

I noticed that NBA players kind of throw the ball into the hoop and grab onto the rim, instead what we all do, is litterally put the ball in with our hands, causing our wrists to bruise/hurt/bleed.

it aint fun. i guess thats why most of the guys in the nba get out of the way when someone goes for a big dunk.
