For that guy on the bottom use Kerry Kittles headshape and make a better bhed. Sorry no other way to put it, but I figure you can take criticism as you haven't done it for a while.

I forget exactly what the symbol is (my trial version ran out :cry:, ) but it's in the main tool bar that automatically comes up on the right side of the screen and if you hold your cursor over it it will say "blend tool", or "blending" or something like that.

No, there's a blend tool as well. If you're using Photoshop Elements then there'a smudge tool that's not as good. This was from the Photoshop 7.0 trial BTW. I'm not sure what version you have.
